Sympathy for The Devil old fav
Did this close to when we gave in our portfolios, I think it was in the last week. Please don't expect stuff like this in sketches. I work way too slow, and not quite as well as this in non-digital work.... yeah. Crits are very welcome.

the way you treated light doesn't really give the figure and the folds much volume
the value relations are probably off (too much highlight, not enough local value and the cast shadow/core shadow aren't dark enough)
also i think the black/white bg has unnecessary details (the splash things) and too much contrast, much more than what's supposed to be the focal area, the figure. it takes the eye away from what it should be concentrating on
might be wrong about most of this stuff but i hope this helps anyway
